Why has my subscription not been activated?

If you have made a purchase but it hasn't activated in your account yet, it could be for a few reasons:


1. Your purchase failed. This can happen for a variety of reasons (e.g. insufficient funds, a technical error etc).

2. Your purchase wasn't properly activated on our end.


If you've been charged and your subscription hasn't been activated in our app, please logout and then log back into the app to see if this resolves your issue. 


If the issue persists, please contact us with a screenshot of the transaction from your bank along with your mobile number to [email protected].
